Staff were all personable and professional. Communications were excellent with questions and emails answered promptly. Advice given was clear and concise with good follow up. The two days in the motor Camp were appreciated and clarification of systems was quickly attended to.

I was very impressed with Nathan, Ken and the team at Merit RV. All were extremely friendly and helpful as well as being very knowledgeable about their product. I was amazed at the level of what I would have considered to be optional extras, that were actually supplied as standard. The 2 days that Merit RV provide in a local campground were absolutely invaluable and allowed us to familiarize ourselves with our new Basecamp, knowing that help was, quite literally, just around the corner. I wholeheartedly, and without hesitation, recommend Merit RV as an excellent company to buy an RV from.
